Campaign link recipes you can adapt

Each recipe supplies real starting values to the Builder. Replace the fictional campaign and example.com destination before publishing; these conventions do not guarantee analytics channel classification.

Newsletter placements

utm_source:
studio_digest
utm_medium:
email
utm_campaign:
class_oct26
utm_content:
header_button

Use the same source, medium, and campaign for the article link; change content to article_link to distinguish the placement. Test a delivered email after any provider rewrite.

Paid social creative

utm_source:
instagram
utm_medium:
paid_social
utm_campaign:
studio_opening
utm_content:
demo_video_a

Use a stable creative label. Compare with demo_video_b only when you know what changed. These are static example values, not dynamic ad-platform macros.

Partner directory

utm_source:
craft_directory
utm_medium:
referral
utm_campaign:
class_oct26
utm_content:
listing_card

Use the publication or partner as source. Keep a record of the placement and test any outbound redirect that the directory adds.

Printed workshop flyer

utm_source:
studio_flyer
utm_medium:
offline
utm_campaign:
class_oct26
utm_content:
front_qr

Create a QR code from the final link and scan the actual printed asset. Offline is a suggested label; configure reporting for your own channel conventions.

Lifecycle reminder

utm_source:
class_reminder
utm_medium:
email
utm_campaign:
class_oct26
utm_content:
reminder_cta

Describe the message rather than the recipient. Keep email addresses, private booking IDs, and account-management tokens out of UTM values.
